Responsibilities

1. Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
2. Inform customers about IT products and services
3. Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process
4. Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
6. Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members
