Welders-Robotic & other-will train any welder
Our hiring client has doubled revenues in past 5 years, thriving, expanding, buying new equipment, stable, growing. adding 2nd & 3rd shifts as well.
Seeking Welders (ANY WELDER should apply) to operate, adjust, and perform basic programming on robotic welding systems to produce quality structural welds, working primarily with steel — no aluminum welding on robots. Willing to train ambitious & good work ethic candidates!

Key Responsibilities
· Set up and operate robotic welding equipment.
· Verify proper fixturing and part placement before starting production.
· Perform basic teach pendant operation and make weld adjustments.
· Assist with basic robotic programming as needed (preferred but not required).
· Conduct visual inspections on all welds for quality and consistency.
· Utilize Miller Insight software for monitoring weld parameters.
· Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
· Accurately log production data and report results to supervisors.
Qualifications (willing to train great attitude & great worth ethic folks!)
· 2+ years robotic welding experience or completion of a welding/machining trade program.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
· Basic teach pendant operation skills required; basic robotic programming preferred.
· Proficiency with visual weld inspection standards.
· Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to work overtime as needed; off-shift opportunities may be offered in the future.
