• Location: Gardena, CA.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM.
• Job Type: Contract, Full Time, In-Person.

About Us:

We are a well-established wine importer and distributor serving retail, restaurant, wholesale distributors throughout United States. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse/Logistic & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role bridges both warehouse operations and office administration — ideal for someone thrives in a fast-paced environment and multi tasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Sales orders and generate Invoices accurately and on time.
• Receive, Inspect, Organize incoming/outgoing shipments and ensure accuracy and quality in a timely manner.
• Pull and prepare orders may require lifting over 50 lbs when needed.
• Screen All Calls and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Arrange Domestic Inland Freights and coordinate logistics with carriers.
• Inventory Management, Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and space utilization for maximum efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.
• Assist outside sales representatives with orders, marketing materials, product information, and any necessary documents.
• Generate Monthly Price Lists, Marketing/Promotional Materials for internal and customer use.
• Brand registrations, Product Registrations, Item Set-ups with required documentation.
• Order Office/Warehouse Supplies, make sure all necessary items are in stock all time.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and lean operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working with SAP software, Shipping/Logistic and Handling, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:

• Split between office and warehouse settings.
• May require lifting (over 50 lbs) and organizing of supplies.

Compensation:

• Competitive rate (based on experience).
• Contract position with potential for extension or permanent hire.
