Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to elevate the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our corporate websites. This role requires a user-centered approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences.
Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups optimized for desktop and mobile experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
Identify design and usability challenges, then devise data-driven, elegant solutions to enhance the user experience.
Develop and maintain cohesive style guides, design systems, and UI pattern libraries that align with company branding and accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Utilize A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analytics tools to refine designs and improve engagement.
Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the digital experience.
Advocate for ADA compliance and accessibility best practices, ensuring inclusive design across all digital platforms.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects, including detailed case studies of your design process.
Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and usability testing platforms.
Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles, mobile-first strategies, and interaction design best practices.
Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing, persona development, journey mapping, and card sorting.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar tools to analyze user behavior and measure design effectiveness.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (coding not required but a plus).
Knowledge of WCAG/ADA compliance standards and accessibility considerations in UI/UX design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt, iterate quickly, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
