We’re hiring an experienced Transaction Coordinator/Assistant to cover a temporary role during parental leave, with real potential to stay on long-term. Arrivva is a modern, ethics-forward, fixed-fee brokerage. We run tight systems, communicate in writing, and keep clients confidently informed from contract to close. What you’ll do • Manage buyer & seller files from contract to close • Coordinate inspections, access, repairs, and re-inspections • Track deadlines/contingencies, drive addenda, and keep timelines on rails • Support offer/counter execution and ensure signatures/approvals are complete • Liaise with escrow/title, lenders, agents, vendors, and clients • Maintain clean documentation + compliance in Google Workspace/transaction system Must-have • Strong, hands-on transaction coordination experience in both California and Washington • Excellent written communication (you’ll live in Slack) • Organized, deadline-driven, calm under pressure Tools we use (or you should learn fast)Slack, Google Meet, Google Workspace, Shaker (or similar), Showami, and MLS fluency across MLSListings (CA), NWMLS (WA), themls.com (SoCal) . Responsibilities: • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service About Company: Arrivva is a fixed-fee real estate brokerage built for agents who want to win the right way.
