Job Summary (List Format):


- Serve as a senior technical expert with 15+ years of experience in Server and Storage, including Data Center, Cloud Engineering, Monitoring, Infrastructure, Configuration Management, and scripting.
- Provide expert-level diagnosis, troubleshooting, and detailed technical analysis for complex IT issues.
- Deliver clear and effective oral and written communication; demonstrate leadership and a commanding presence as needed.
- Utilize superior computer skills, especially in business applications such as MS Windows, MS Office (Excel, Access, Visio, Word).
- Apply knowledge of project management theory and principles in daily responsibilities.
- Work onsite in Rocklin, CA four days per week (Monday-Thursday).
- Required to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
- Participate in a two-round interview process (phone/video and face-to-face).
- Must submit a LinkedIn profile with application.
