Summary of Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
Prepare restaurant tables, assist in setting/clearing up, and maintain the cleanliness of the venue as well as maintaining cleanliness in the nightclub
Present restaurant menus, make recommendations, and assist customers in selecting food/beverages
Upsell promotional items and provide suggestions for an enhanced experience
Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are provided to handle customer inquiries, complaints, any issues, and feedback that may arise in a professional manner to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction
Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain clean and organized workstations

Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
