The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Personal Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Coach who thrives in a client-first environment. This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, energetic, and passionate about strength training and people.

You’ll be a key part of ATP’s growth and culture, coaching both small-group training (SGPT) and 1-on-1 sessions with precision and energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group, 1-on-1, and team training sessions with energy and detail
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with our chiropractic/performance team on assessments and corrective coaching
• Create individualized training programs based on goals and progress
• Keep the training floor safe, clean, and high-energy
• Drive community engagement and client outreach
• Contribute to team meetings with ideas and leadership

Requirements

• Preferably certified (CSCS / CPT)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication + people skills
• Strong organizational/time management ability
• Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, some Saturdays)
• Team-first attitude — energy matters as much as experience

Preferred:

• Strength & conditioning background
• Experience with small-group training
• Knowledge of sports performance or rehab/return-to-play
