In this role, you'll design and lead innovative therapeutic music interventions tailored to support children and families navigating medical challenges. You'll create engaging programs that inspire, educate, and provide comfort while championing family-centered care. As a music therapist you'll manage a diverse and complex caseload all while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Music Therapy provides therapeutic music interventions for hospitalized children, assessing their emotional, developmental, and educational needs to help them feel supported and empowered throughout their medical experiences. Thoughtfully develops, plans, and implements music therapy programs that bring comfort and joy, grounded in family-centered care principles. Listens deeply, documents each session with care, and responds to each child's unique needs, fostering warm and trusting connections with patients and their families.
