RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Material Handler to join our warehouse operations team in Houston, TX with $21/hr pay for 1 year contract (potential temp to perm opportunity). This role is responsible for safely handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring all warehouse activities meet high HSE standards. APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (weekends as needed)

What You’ll Do:

• Receive inbound materials from suppliers, customers, company plants, and field locations using forklifts and pallet stackers.
• Process and document all receiving activities using Oracle and other administrative tools.
• Pick materials, components, and finished products and deliver them to Production or Shipping.
• Prepare outbound orders for shipment to customers and vendors.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support business operations.
• Uphold strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Oracle experience strongly preferred.
• Valid or previous forklift license, with experience using forklifts and pallet stackers.
• Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading freight.
• Must be fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no future sponsorship required).
• Comfortable lifting and moving up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Experience using the following tools is a plus: measuring tape, drill, sawzall, circular saw, hammer, crowbar, staple gun, crane, forklift.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong basic math skills.
