Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in implementing strategic initiatives and executing day-to-day tasks. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Conduct market research and prepare reports on trends, competitors, and customer insights
Coordinate and manage internal communication related to campaign timelines and deliverables
Prepare presentation materials, client-facing documents, and branded collateral
Support content creation for print, web, and internal communications
Track project performance and compile campaign performance metrics
Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency
Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and team marketing sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or assistant role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with basic project management tools is a plus
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
