Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service
• Assisting customers with plant selections and completing sales
• Supporting wholesale customers with gathering, counting, and loading plants
• Providing accurate product information and advice to customers
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
• Coordinating with other sales associates to ensure proper coverage
• Assisting with daily routines, tasks, and projects during slow periods
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic plant knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to handle challenging customer service situations professionally
• Must be 17 years of age or older
