Job Description

About the Role:

You lead pricing for commercial construction projects from concept through contract. You build accurate estimates, manage risk, and support preconstruction strategy. You work directly with leadership, project managers, and trusted trade partners.

Experience and Skills: 

• 3+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• Or equivalent field experience as a Superintendent/PM.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Tenant Improvement (TI) experience preferred.
• Procore & Construction Management degree = a plus.
