We're seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with North Carolina LBA certification to join our supportive team in delivering life-changing ABA therapy remotely. Help children with autism thrive through personalized plans and family collaboration—all from the comfort of home.

A BCBA certification and North Carolina LBA to match your expertise. Hands-on experience in ABA therapy, assessments, and building strong family connections. We're excited about your fantastic communication, top-notch organization, and that genuine spark for lifting others up—plus the knack for thriving independently with smart time management.

What You’ll Do:

• You'll lead the way in making a real difference by conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and crafting personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored just for each child.
• You'll guide and cheer on our amazing RBTs, ensuring every plan is carried out with care and precision. 
• Partner warmly with families to bring those strategies to life at home, school, and beyond, while tracking progress with data and tweaking things to keep the wins coming. 
• Best of all, you'll empower families with simple, heartfelt training on behavior tools that truly work.
