Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an Art Director to join a large healthcare payer organization. Prior experience creating visual design for healthcare organizations is required. Job duties include: + Develop and implement visual concepts: Determine the artistic vision, style, and tone of a project, and create mood boards, storyboards, and concept sketches to communicate it. + Create digital banners, print, flyers, ads and billboards. + Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with clients, marketing strategists, copywriters, directors, and other team members to translate strategic goals into compelling visuals. + Oversee visual elements: Make decisions on key visual components, such as photography, typography, illustrations, and video. + Ensure quality control: Review and approve all final artwork, layouts, and assets to maintain a high standard of creative quality and brand consistency. Additional Skills: This team uses Adobe Premiere to animate banners. Brand Toolbox is already created so this person does not need to create branding from scratch. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $67.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
