Targeted Victory is looking for an analyst passionate about learning more about data and analytics looking to be on the front lines of innovative technology and data-driven insights. This position will provide the opportunity to work with Targeted Victory’s internal data resources with endless possibilities to create insights that will help inform and drive decisions for our client teams, product teams, and larger company goals. Additionally, this role provides an opportunity to get valuable hands-on experience in new technology across multiple platforms. This position requires a self-starter mentality, being comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, a natural curiosity, and communicating and working within a team. 

This position will be part of our Data and Analytics Team and focus on assisting a team in creating new data-driven approaches to generate actionable insights through data analytics and information visualization. 

• Ability to summarize and present data
• Ability to handle new tasks with critical thinking
• Work closely with the team to develop how Targeted Victory should approach and improve current data-centric decision making
• Generate insights that drive decisions for Client Strategy teams and Product teams (Ads, Email, Fundraising, Prospecting etc.)
• Ability to execute requests for internal teams efficiently and with a customer service mentality

This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to follow new marketing trends and opportunities, and should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of experience/internship in data analytics, research, or data visualization
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in query languages including SQL
• Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Einstein Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI etc.) is a plus
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, time management
• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms
• Experienced working with political data preferred, but not required
