Imperial, LLC is a trusted name in Food and Beverage Services, dedicated to delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to support our growing finance department and help maintain accurate financial records.
The Accounting Clerk will assist with the daily accounting functions of the company, including data entry, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into accounting software
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain organized and accurate financial files and records
Support payroll processing and related documentation
Handle vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
Assist with audits, budget preparation, and other financial reporting tasks
Perform general clerical duties as needed within the accounting department
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
1+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and organizational skills
Understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
